Plain English summary: CareCircle is a caregiving coordination tool, not a medical provider. Use it to organize and coordinate care — not as a substitute for professional medical advice. Be respectful of your family circle members. You own your data. We can suspend accounts that are misused.
By downloading, installing, or using the CareCircle mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sharp Edge Ventures LLC dba CareCircle ("CareCircle," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company.
If you are using CareCircle on behalf of a family unit or care circle, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of that group and that all members of your care circle will comply with these Terms.
CareCircle is a personal health organization and family caregiving coordination application. The Service allows users to:
- Track medications, health metrics, symptoms, and medical information for a loved one - Coordinate caregiving responsibilities with family members through a shared care circle - Access AI-powered features including a Health Q&A assistant and medical document explainer - Generate PDF reports including Emergency Info Cards and Doctor Reports - Send and receive medication reminders and push notifications - Store medical documents and contact information
CareCircle is a personal organization tool. It is not a medical device, electronic health record system, telehealth platform, or substitute for professional medical care.
IMPORTANT: CareCircle is not a medical provider, and the Service does not constitute medical advice.
Nothing in the Service — including AI-generated responses, health insights, document explanations, symptom correlations, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content provided through CareCircle is for informational and organizational purposes only.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received through CareCircle. If you believe someone is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
The AI Health Q&A feature provides general information based on the health profile data you have entered. It does not have access to complete medical records, cannot account for all individual circumstances, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a qualified medical professional's assessment.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a CareCircle account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission, except that caregivers may create and manage profiles for loved ones in their care, including minors.
You may not create more than one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.
CareCircle allows you to invite family members and other caregivers to join a shared care circle. By inviting someone to your care circle, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All members of the care circle will have access to the health profile information and activity within that circle - You have the consent of the person whose health information is being shared to share that information with circle members - You are responsible for managing circle membership and removing members who should no longer have access
You represent that you have appropriate authority and consent to enter health information about any individual whose information you add to CareCircle, including your loved one and any family members.
Free Tier CareCircle offers a free tier with limited features as described on our website. The free tier is available indefinitely and does not require payment information.
Premium Subscription Premium features are available through a paid subscription of $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. All billing is processed through Apple's App Store in accordance with Apple's terms and conditions.
Free Trial New Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your trial begins when you activate Premium and ends automatically after 7 days. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's App Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Price Changes We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You agree to use CareCircle only for its intended purpose as a personal caregiving coordination tool. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws - Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent information - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's account - Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app - Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service - Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service - Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service - Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of all health information, documents, and other content you enter into CareCircle ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.
By using CareCircle, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you — including processing data through AI features you choose to use.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into CareCircle. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete health information entered into the Service.
You may export or delete Your Content at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.
The CareCircle application, website, and all associated content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are owned by Sharp Edge Ventures LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content, medication reminders, or any other feature of the Service.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHARP EDGE VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR HEALTH-RELATED HARM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sharp Edge Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Texas.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CareCircle.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for violations of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, for significant changes, by sending a notification through the app or by email.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Instructions for account deletion are available in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by contacting us at hello@care-circle.health.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
